Due to shipping restrictions from our Vail location, orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) before 2PM MST will be fulfilled and shipped the same day, pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 2PM MST will be fulfilled the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2PM MST will be fulfilled the following Monday or subsequent business day. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Orders placed for "Out of Stock" items are subject to item availability. You will receive an email regarding item availability and estimated shipping timeline within three business days of placing your order. If your order contains items that are in stock as well as items that are out of stock you may receive your order in multiple shipments. If the "Out of Stock" item is not available or will not be available within a reasonable time frame, your payment will be promptly refunded. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Free shipping and return shipping on orders over $500 will be shipped via UPS Ground.

It is the customer's responsibility to select the appropriate shipping method for their needs. The customer accepts responsibility for any missing and/or lost packages. Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer.

Oversized items or any order 30 lbs or heavier will require oversized shipping. The shipment cost will be quoted on a per order basis. Our customer service team will be in touch by email about any additional shipping costs.
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on full priced items returned in their original unworn, unwashed condition with all tags intact. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of verified delivery date of online order.
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
We do not accept returns of swimwear and undergarments.
All special orders, custom and one of a kind pieces are final sale.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Online orders may be returned to any store location within the approved return window.
Purchases made prior to sale markdowns are not eligible for a price adjustment.
Promotional discounts cannot be applied to a “Final Sale” purchase.
Promotional codes must be applied at time of checkout and cannot be retroactively applied.
Perch is unable to accommodate requests to price match other retailers or offer price adjustments once an order has been placed via our website.

Returns outside of that timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of Perch only.Upon approval of your return or exchange request, Perch will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of return approval by Perch.
Refunds will be issued less a return processing and restocking fee of $15.00.
Each returned item will be inspected and processed within 2 business days of delivery to Perch. The customer will be notified via email when the refund has been issued. Please allow at least 3 business days for a refund to post to your account. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
All merchandise is quality-inspected prior to shipment, if you find a product to be defective please notify firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days of purchase. Please note that damages as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a refund if the faulty item cannot be repaired or replaced.
